NMEAP - nmea parser library

A standard C language parser library for reading and decoding NMEA-0184 output from pretty much any GPS unit with RS-232 output.

BUG ?

func: nmeap_process - return value is invalid when context->sentence_count is 0

solution: initalise var id - int id = 0;
